Removal cleaning and inspection
After disassembly, we thoroughly cleaned all engine components, ensuring precision and employing various methods as needed. Steam cleaning is utilized for the cylinder head and oil pans. Following cleaning, parts undergo inspection and measurement to facilitate reassembly according to factory specifications.
The goal is to deliver satisfactory outcomes with commitment and timely delivery of all jobs that we undertake.
Machining
The reassembled parts are meticulously restored to ensure smooth functionality. Engine blocks are meticulously maintained, with the crankshaft and bearing surfaces undergoing micro-polishing. Additionally, the rods are straightened and paired, while cylinder heads are carefully worked on to remove valve seals and achieve a refined finish. Proper sealing of all components is a priority.
Engine Reassembled
During this phase, we install new freeze plugs and oil gallery plugs, along with the rod bearings, timing belt, and gear. Subsequently, we meticulously test all connections to ensure a thorough and precise finalization.
